*Terms and Conditions
AGE: Models must be born in 1998 or earlier (age 12 in 2010) up to the age of 17.
DATE: Saturday the 11th of September, 2010 for about an hour and a half to two hours (your time slot will be revealed upon acceptance)
LOCATION: Located in east Toronto Ontario (address to be released to accepted submissions)
DEADLINE to APPLY: When spots are filled the sign up form will be shut down
REQUIREMENTS: Must fill out form completely and email a photo of yourself with no sunglasses or hat, looking into the camera. Forms will not be considered complete unless they are filled out entirely (all lines with the red *)
*COST: $165 (+tax) per person. Once you have signed up (the complete sign up form and photo has been received) payment will be required to confirm your spot and will be requested via email invoice. Payment is non-refundable on cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event. Applicable taxes are extra.

**We will NOT share or sell your private information as in the terms of our privacy policy. We are very strict about the confidentiality of our models and staff. 

**There will be no swimwear, lingerie or otherwise inappropriate or overly revealing attire permitted at this event. No exceptions!
