SPEAK OUT ON
THE MEDIA

speak out on the Media!Body Image Fact
Can you believe that in any given day we are exposed to over 3000 advertisements trying to convince us that some “thing” we can buy will bring us the happiness we are looking for?

Many of the advertisers are VERY clever and reach us on a subliminal level without us even realizing it. The typical message suggests that the way we are is not okay. This pressure is destroying self esteem!

Your 'Media Alert' affirmation:
Read this every day to affirm a positive personal body image:

I am perfect just the way I am. I find happiness in who I am. The media doesn’t define me, I do. I listen to my inner voice; not the media. I might be able to buy the 'right' stuff, but the 'real' stuff comes from me.
