Dear Melissa,
How do you know if bangs will suit you? What's the best style: long, short, uneven? I don't want to look dumb.

The ultimate question Felicia!
Well it’s all about face shape and features. Basically if you add a blunt bang then you will bring more attention to your eyes and nose. Pay attention to people with bangs and see how it accentuates their face to get an idea of what they may look like on you. If you are unsure, I suggest adding a side swept bang. This style is flattering to all faces and will give you a great updated look for the fall. Also, take your hair texture into consideration. If you have naturally curly hair and you want straight bangs then you may not want the commitment of having to style them every day.

Dear Julia,
I'm so jealous of my friend's eyelashes. They are so long. Even if I wear mascara mine are short. I want to try fake ones but I don't want to look fake, you know? Do you have any suggestions or help for me?
~ Little Lashes, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Dear Little Lashes,
To achieve that natural look, you only need to get a few individual lashes for each eye, as opposed to applying a whole strip. Try to match the colour to your own, but if you have blonde lashes, get a medium brown. There are a few different sizes available, and the ones you pick should be slightly longer than your own. Start applying the lashes from the outside corner, keeping the same distance between them. After you have applied a few individual pieces, curl them so they blend together with your real lashes and then apply the mascara. Voila, your are done! Good luck and have fun.
ps: The ideal situation would be to love the lashes you have and focus on the features other people wish they had about you!
